VINIFICATION


The grapes were manually selected and harvested in small boxes at the end of
September. Indigenous fermentation with the grape's own yeasts took place on
skins with a extended maceration period of 2 weeks. This was followed by gentle
pressing and maturation for 12 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. After another
3 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled in April 2023.

 


DESCRIPTION


In the glass, it presents a distinctly orange hue. The complex bouquet reminds of
honey, nutmeg, roses as well as aromas of spices and exotic fruits. On the palate,
the wine convinces with its juiciness, power and elegance.

 


RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS


This wine pairs well with crustaceans, Asian Cuisine and various low-fat fish dishes,
goes well with Paté and especially with Goose liver, it also pairs nicely with aged
cheese and as a dessert wine.
