The journey of our legendary Aceto Balsamico di Modena began in an October over 10 years ago in the beautiful city of Modena, the stronghold of balsamic vinegar production. The expertise of this production has been handed down from generation to generation. The late harvested Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes began their journey as must, which was heavily boiled down and then traveled from wooden barrel to wooden barrel to reach its maturity. And the long journey has paid off: our Aceto Balsamico has the characteristic aroma of tenderly melting sweet and sour notes.
