Merlot 'DOC Venezia' 2020 - Azienda Agricola Rechsteiner

VINIFICATION

Harvested in Mid-September. Maceration for approximately 8 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28 degrees celcius and steel tank malolactic fermentation.

After that the wine ages 12 month in Oak Barrels

DESCRIPTION

The color is a deep ruby red. Hints of red berries, currant and plum with light spicy notes. 

Fruity and soft, dry red wine with balanced acidity.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS

Excellent with meat based pasta or risotto recipes, tasty roasts and seasoned cheese.
