Pinot Noir 'Classic' 2021 - Weingut Schloss Englar

VINIFICATION

The grapes were selected and harvested at the beginning of September, then de-stemmed and fermented spontaneously in open oak yats. After a three-week
maceration period with biological acid reduction the wine was bottled in April 2023.

DESCRIPTION

It is a fine and sensual red wine with a bright ruby-red color. The fruity and ripe bouquet reminds of cherry and forest fruits. On the palate, the wine is soft and elegant with fine tannins.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS

The wine is an excellent companion for various meat dishs such as rabbit and lamb. It also matches very well with Pasta, Italian dishes and mild matured cheeses.
