VINIFICATION

This Sauvignon Blanc is aged in stainless steel (80%) and and barriques (20%).

 


DESCRIPTION

Fresh sent of passion fruit and gooseberry with hints of fresh hay, vanilla and roasted almonds. On the palate there is a lively acidity that is gripping.

The elegant interplay of fruit and herbal components is rounded by a light wood spice.
